Product or service reviewed: Two heat pumps and many service calls

John Long has built a hell of an operation! He has put together a group quality employees who in the dozen or more interactions I have had with them I have NEVER been disappointed. This is a company that does WHAT it says WHEN it says no double talk no excuses! Give them a try and you will never look back. Professionals all the way!!!

My air conditioning was not cooling. A technician was knocking on my door within the hour. Liza was efficient, thorough, courteous and had my unit cooling in an hour. I highly recommend Long's AC.

Product or service reviewed: Complete Central heat and air replaced

We had our central heating and air conditioning system replaced. I called several A/C companies and settled on Longs because of the way the responded to my questions. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. We were having the condenser moved from the original position to another location so there would be re routing of freon lines and electrical control wiring. This was all completed on schedule and on budget. After the instal whenever there was a problem I just called and they were there to make repairs as required. Always very professional during the visit. When you need heating and air conditioning in the Coastal Bend your best bet is to call Longs Heating and Air Conditioning for professional company that will be there long after the installation is complete.

Mike provided us outstanding and timely service when our old air conditioner went out due to a storm's electrical surge. He immediately provided us a competitive and reasonable quote for a quality product to meet our home's needs. He and his team of air conditioning experts followed through consistently from start to finish and ensured that we were happy with the installation and that it would keep us cool!! Everyone was so caring, polite, and efficient. We appreciate all they did for us when we really needed a cool place for our arriving guests, as well!! On April 24 2018, Long’s HTG-A/C, INC. replaced the air handler and condenser at my home, and I could not be more pleased with how everything went. The work was completed in a timely manor, and the craftsmanship is outstanding, they took the time to explain how the unit works and all the setting on the thermostat. My wife said that stayed there and answered her questions and she really appreciated their professionalism, I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks me, do you know a good mechanical contractor.
